Service Booking & Cancellation:
Service appointments, including installation, repair, and maintenance, can be booked through our website or by contacting our service team. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Installation & Delivery:
Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and shipping location. Professional installation services are available for outdoor kitchens and select grill models, subject to an agreed-upon service fee. Our team will coordinate delivery and installation details directly with you.
Return & Refund Policy:
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Custom orders and fuel products are generally non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee.
